I’m on the Location Analytics team in Product Development. I work closely with developers and the Developer Lead to ensure that features are implemented as per the specification and that they make sense from the user’s perspective.
I started as a Support Analyst back when the SDK Team was the Developer Support Group. After two years, I transitioned into the role of a Group Lead. I was in Support Services for five years before I moved to my current role in Product Development.
As a Support Analyst, I was able to continue improving my technical knowledge of the products and SDKs. The Group Lead role really helped me develop soft skills such as communication, time management, and leadership. These are really helpful and valuable for me even now. In Support Services, I also learned not to take for granted how our customers use our products and what we can learn from the way they use them to build even better products.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family; following my college football team, the LSU Tigers; connecting back with old friends; and keeping up-to-date on the economy and financial market trends.
