This Week’s Host on #EsriJobChat: @mikehogan

We’re excited to have Mike Hogan from our Support Services team joining us for this week’s #EsriJobChat Thursday at 1 p.m. Pacific. Mike joined Esri in 2002 as a new grad from BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) where he obtained an Advanced Diploma of Technology in GIS. He also has a degree in Geography.

He worked as a Support Analyst for two and a half years on the Implementation Team helping customers get Esri products up and running, and then became the Group Lead for that team. In 2006 Mike transitioned into the roles of Senior Support Technical Lead and Development Technical Lead for ArcGIS Server. Now he is the Program Manager for the User Advocacy Group managing 8 technical leads and listening to customer feedback.

As a 10-year employee, Mike has become familiar with all areas of Esri so feel free to ask him anything—whether it’s about his role, what he likes about Esri, the culture, or even another group, he’ll be ready to give you answers.

You can DM your questions in advance to @EsriCareers. Chat with you soon!
