ArcGIS Online account system maintenance scheduled for Friday, Dec. 17
The ArcGIS Online account system will undergo maintenance from Friday December 17, 2010, 10 p.m. PST until Saturday December 18, 2010, 3 a.m. PST. During this time period, you will not be able to register Esri Global accounts for ArcGIS Online. You will also not be able to reset passwords or activate ArcGIS Online subscriptions. Any new ArcGIS Online subscriptions requested during the maintenance window will process after the maintenance has been completed. ArcGIS Online Servers updated to ArcGIS Server 10 SP1
The ArcGIS Online standard and subscription map servers
(services.argisonline.com, server.arcgisonline.com, and
premium.arcgisonline.com) were upgraded to ArcGIS Server 10 SP1. Now
that ArcGIS Online map services are powered by ArcGIS Server 10, there are some new features in ArcGIS 10 that you can take advantage of. See the following topics for more information on what’s new in ArcGIS 10:
Web developers using the SOAP interface could benefit from some
enhancements provided by ArcGIS 10 (e.g., The Spatial Reference IDs will be returned
correctly. Web Mercator which was previously an ESRI WKID of 102100 in ArcGIS
9.3.1 will be an EPSG WKID of 3857 in ArcGIS 10). To take advantage of these features, SOAP users should update the web reference in their web applications to use the updated WSDL.

Maintenance Upgrade to ArcGIS Online map servers scheduled for tonight, Wednesday, Dec. 1
The ArcGIS Online standard and subscription map servers (services.argisonline.com, server.arcgisonline.com, and premium.arcgisonline.com) will be upgraded from ArcGIS Server 9.3.1 to ArcGIS Server 10 SP1 during a twelve hour maintenance window starting on December 1, 2010, a 5 p.m. PST. No disruption of service is anticipated; however, if you have problems or feedback, please post them to our forum at http://forums.arcgis.com/forums/30-ArcGIS-Online.
Maintenance to ArcGIS Online Systems Thursday, Sept. 30
Some ArcGIS servers will undergo systems maintenance beginning Thursday, September 30, at 5:00 p.m. PDT. The maintenance will last approximately 12 hours. During this time users will experience temporary issues with registering a Global Account with ArcGIS.com, changing passwords, activating Subscription services, and signing up for an ArcLogistics trial. If you already have an existing account with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS.com, or ArcLogistics, no downtime is anticipated.

Maintenance to ArcGIS online systems tonight, Sept. 23
Some ArcGIS servers will undergo systems maintenance during a one hour window tonight, September 23, 2010, at 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. PST. No downtime is anticipated; however, during this maintenance window, users may experience temporary issues with sign in, use of Subscription services, or ArcLogistics online.
