Esri Maps for Dynamics CRM – Beta Now Available
We are pleased to announce the beta release of Esri Maps for Dynamics CRM, a new product from Esri that provides easy integration of Esri maps and the Esri platform into Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM product.
Esri Maps for Dynamics CRM allows you to visualize and analyze your CRM data in maps to help you make better, well-informed business decisions. It’s easily installed in online or on-premise versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. With Esri Maps for Dynamics CRM you can:
- Map and overlay CRM data over a rich collection of basemaps
- Locate and select customer CRM records nearby
- Visualize neighborhood demographics with Infographics about Age, Race & Ethnicity, and Income

To access the recently released 2012 data and reports from the Business Analyst Online API, you will need to update your applications. There are changes to report template names, dataset ID, and in some cases variable names. Review the examples below for more information:
