Having Problems with ArcToolbox?

Some ArcHydro users are reporting problems with ArcToolbox. When they open ArcToolbox they experience excessively long wait times for the window to display. During this time ArcGIS is unavailable and is in a “not responding” state. If you have had similar problems please visit the Hydro Resource Center Education Gallery for a solution.
