Recently released are two new templates – Intersecting Tools for ArcGIS 10 and Intersecting Tools for ArcGIS 10.1 – that contain several models and python scripts for producing intersecting route events that can be displayed on your straight line diagrams produced using Esri Production Mapping.
These templates can be used in conjunction with the Straight Line Diagram templates for ArcGIS 10 and 10.1 that are also available in the ArcGIS for Transportation gallery.
