When you visit ArcGIS.com when not signed in, you are redirected to the ArcGIS.com/about page where you can learn about ArcGIS Online for your organization. Many have asked how to skip this page, and go directly to the arcgis.com home page or your organization’s home page. Here’s how.
The easiest way to skip the about page is to sign in to your ArcGIS Online account and check Keep me signed in:
When signed in, whenever you visit arcgis.com you’ll be redirected to arcgis.com/home instead of arcgis.com/about.
Another option is to bookmark http://www.arcgis.com/home.
If you are a member of an organization, when you visit arcgis.com/about or arcgis.com/home you can sign in and you’ll be redirected to your account home (either your personal account home or your organization’s home).
You can also add a bookmark your organization’s home page, and then sign in from there and check the box to keep signed-in to your organization.
Whether using an IE9 or a Chrome browser, enabling “Keep me signed in” has never worked for me. I must always enter my UN and PW.
