Adding color to your pop-ups

Color in your pop-ups can add more meaning and make your pop-ups more appealing. An example that we recently ran into is from the Press-Enterprise blog. An embedded map shows election results, and from the pop-up you can easily see who the Republican and Democratic candidates are:

Adding color to pop-ups is easy. Below we’ve opened the election results map to look at the pop-up configuration. The pop-up has been configured with a custom attribute display:

Opening the custom attribute configuration we can see how the candidate names have been highlighted with different colors. The text in curly braces are the fields containing the election results:

To change the text color or background, select the text then click the foreground or background color tool:

    Is it possible to do this of Feature Services or only on Map Services? I’m finding I don’t get the Custom Attribute Display option, or any Display Option Dropdown with a Feature Service on ArcGIS Online.
