The ArcGIS Online team recently updated the task server (tasks.arcgisonline.com) to use ArcGIS 10, Service Pack 4, and the geosearch and routing services were updated with performance improvements and more recent data.
The World Places Locator (ESRI_Places_World) was updated with March 2012 GeoNames Data.
The routing services now use NAVTEQ Q3 2011 reference data:
- European Routing (ESRI_Route_EU)
- North American Routing(ESRI_Route_NA)
The following geosearch services now use NAVTEQ Q3 2011 reference data:
- European Address Locator (TA_Address_EU)
- North American Address Locator (TA_Address_NA_10)
- United States Street Locator (TA_Streets_US_10)
- North American Address Locator (9.3 style)(TA_Address_NA)
- United States Street Locator (9.3 style)(TA_Streets_US)
