ArcGIS 10.1 Available Soon

The ArcGIS 10.1 Pre-release program has come to a close, and the final release of ArcGIS 10.1 is expected to be available in the next few weeks.     Hello,
    is there a Qt C++ SDK for ArcGis Engine too? Is it in general possible to access the ESRI ArcGIS Engine via the Qt Creator (C++)?
