The final 2.0 versions of the ArcGIS API for JavaScript and the ArcGIS API for Flex became available this week. The 2.0 APIs had been in a public beta phase for the past several months, and we’d like to thank you for your feedback and participation on the user forums during that time.
What’s new in 2.0?
Many of the new features in 2.0, such as time visualization and Web editing, take advantage of new capabilities in ArcGIS 10. You’ll get the most out of the 2.0 release if you evaluate it in tandem with ArcGIS 10. Here’s how you can find out what’s new:

How do I get version 2.0?
To use the 2.0 API, JavaScript developers should reference http://serverapi.arcgisonline.com/jsapi/arcgis/?v=2.0. If you’ve already been using this URL with the beta API, you don’t have to do anything to update your scripts; the URL is the same and the new functionality takes effect immediately.
If you’re a Flex developer, download and reference the latest API library.
How do I migrate my 1.x apps?

What about Silverlight?
The version 2.0 release of the ArcGIS API for Silverlight/WPF is planned for the week of July 5th. Watch the ESRI Silverlight/WPF blog for the official announcement.
