During the plenary sessions at this week’s ESRI 1020 Business Partner Conference and Developer Summit the soon-to-be-beta ArcGIS Explorer Online was highlighted by team members. ArcGIS Explorer Online has a similar look and feel when compared to the current downloadable application (ArcGIS Explorer – build 1200) and also has some of the same capabilities, but it’s a completely new and lightweight version built using Microsoft Silverlight, and it runs in any browser.
