About Alex Quintero
My name is Alex Quintero and I am a Masters of Science student in the GIS graduate program at the University of Redlands, California. My research is developing a water utility design application for a small rural community in Northeastern Nevada that will help assist the community in mapping and maintaining spatial information of their utility assets more effectively and efficiently using GIS. I have enjoyed working with GIS since 2003 and once I graduate with my Master’s degree in 2008 I hope to pursue a long-term career in the field of GIS.
