I also could not use my Image Services Icon in ArcMap. &amp;nbsp;I had to do a complete uninstall/reinstall of ArcGIS 9.3 and 9.3.1 to restore my system. &amp;nbsp;Either it is a big coincidence, or this patch corrupted my ArcGIS set up.&lt;/p&gt;
