I'm trying to follow this and get lost at the second step. Where do you put the conditional statement to create the raster dataset? There's a "Con" tool in the Spatial Analyst toolbox, but that asked for the information differently than this article.

Obviously, my Spatial Analyst background is spotty, since I didn't see the map algebra tool or understand the syntax. So my previous comment is flawed, badly.
