Who: Developers, ESRI Business Partners included, with an ArcGIS Server 9.2 license or current ESRI EDN subscriber.

When: Submit your entry by 5:00 p.m. (Pacific standard time) February 29, 2008.

The developer community will vote for the top three entries and the winners will be announced at the 2008 ESRI Developer Summit, March 17-20, 2008, in Palm Springs, California. Cash prizes will be
