The booth graphic is done. The literature describing the ESRI work environment and career opportunities has been ordered. The staff has been selected--two HR team members and one from Professional Services. The demo showing ESRI technology is being finalized. We are well on our way to having a great experience at the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Career Fair this week (October 15-16) in Long Beach, California.

There are many things that set ESRI apart from other employers, one of which is our stability. We will always have the need to hire exceptional software developers and product engineers to play a key role in further advancing our world-leading GIS technology. One of the best ways we do this is by participating in key recruiting events, such as SWE, to meet candidates face to face and share our enthusiasm for what we do and, more importantly, find talented people to join our team.

"I really enjoy meeting candidates at a career fair and hearing about their experience and skills," says Lisa, one of the recruiters who will be attending SWE. "Even though we only have a few minutes to talk with them, it's a good way of making a personal connection you don’t get from reading a resume alone."

If you're attending SWE, be sure to stop by the ESRI booth (#753) and talk with us. We look forward to meeting you!
