In honor of Earth Day, ESRI donated 1,500 California Oak tree seedlings to ten local schools. This was the latest in a long ESRI tradition of supporting a greener Redlands community through the support of tree planting projects. School garden coordinators and principals in the Redlands Unified School District were contacted to find out if they were interested in the seedlings. Each school distributed the trees in a different way including having a drawing and giving them to the schools’ garden clubs and after-school gardening classes.
