ESRI president Jack Dangermond will deliver the inaugural John Borchert Lecture at the University of Minnesota April 2. Titled "The Geographic Approach--A Cross-Cutting Methodology," the presentation will begin at 4:30 p.m. in Memorial Hall, McNamara Alumni Center. Dangermond earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Minnesota in 1968. He will receive an Honorary Doctor of Science degree from the University before his presentation. Also on April 2, ESRI will participate in the University's GIS Career & Networking Fair from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Coffman Memorial Union. ESRI staff will be on hand to talk to students about career opportunities for new graduates in a number of different areas.
