Updated Merge Network Features sample

The
Merge Network Features sample has been enhanced based on feedback from
the ArcGIS Desktop Discussion Forums to support the same functionality
that is available in the Merge command contained with the ArcMap
Editor. Specifically, it now allows you to select from which
feature the attributes should be retained when the features are
merged.
